Viscount G-AOYL
Vickers Viscount 806 G-AOYL construction no. 261, first Flew in January 1958 & was delivered to British European Airways in April of the same year, it served with BEA until it was sold to BKS Air Transport in May 1968, the aircraft then spent a time with Northeast Airlines (UK) from April 1970 until April 1974 when it was transferred to British Airways (after a corporate merger) & remained with them until British Air Ferries purchased the airframe in January 1984. The aircraft was finally withdrawn from service in September 1987 & was scrapped in 1993. All pics submitted by Mike Stedman.
