Rockwell Commander

5N-ALA Rockwell Commander 690, on 25 June 1978. It was on delivery from Nigeria back to the USA. & was piloted I believe by local piot, John Smith who some of you may know. John was employed for a time as an instructor at the Guernsey Aero Club, and was always good entertainment with his stories of flying in Africa and flying Hunters with the Sultan of Oman Air Force. He also wrote a couple of books with flying as a theme.  Colin Smith
